MEDICAL WARNINGS

1. Wash your hands before using Roll-b Swab.

2. Always use Roll-b in a quiet area, where you cannot be inadvertently bumped. Also only use Roll-b in the recommended orientation with handle horizontal, face the green slider down towards the floor. This orientation ensures the stopper tip element is position correctly.

3. Limit use of Roll-b to the outside ear and opening of ear canal. Do not push Roll-b deep into the ear-canal.

4. Do not poke or jab Roll-b into the ear. Do not forcibly advance. Do not advance if you feel any pain.

5. Do not use Roll-b: in case of ear infection, pain or hemorrhage, in case of tympanic membrane perforation, or if you had had ear surgery (including tubes...), if you are recently experiencing any form of dizziness, vertigo or deafness, if your ear canal entrance is too small for the tip of Roll-b device to fit without any force, on children, unless the Roll-b is used under appropriate adult supervision & training and only on 6-year old children or older.

6. Immediately stop use, at any time if you experience pain, plugging, pressure, hearing loss, congestion, dizziness vertigo or bleeding. Contact your caregiver without delay.

7. Always use Roll-b with its own proprietary disposable Roll-b Sleeves and make sure they are properly loaded.

8. It is recommended to replace the disposable sleeve after use.

9. Never reuse a sleeve on someone else, including their ears.

HANDLE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

1. If handle needs cleaning, wipe handle with warm soapy water and then dab with towel or let air dry.

2. If tip of rod needs cleaning (ie wax got under sleeve), gently rinse tip under warm water and then dab with towel or let air dry. Do not heat with air drying or other heating element.

3. Do not clean handle or rod with solvents or abrasive products.

4. Do not immerse the Roll-b handle.

5. The sleeve is disposable and not intended to be cleaned and reused. Discard it after use.

STORAGE

Store Roll-b in a dry place at room temperature. Roll-b and the disposable sleeves must be stored in appropriate conditions: Temp between 41 and 113F (5C and 45C).

OTHER PRECAUTIONS

1) Roll-b must be used by adults only after reading this manual

2) Keep Roll-b and Sleeves out of children's reach.

4) Before using Roll-b make sure that the sleeve has been correctly fully inserted.

6) Do not attempt to disassemble the Roll-b unit or the sleeves.

7) Do not strike, bend or drop the Roll-b unit.

8) Use only Roll-B Swab LLC single use Sleeves with Roll-b Handle.

9) The disposable sleeves are not sterile.
